Information for Families
If your son or daughter supports someone in their family, then there is support here for them.
Referring is easy, all we require is basic contact information and the nature of the caring they are undertaking and who it is for.
We have trained staff who will meet and work with them to complete an action plan. The plan is their hopes and aspirations for the near future.
The online referral form can be completed by school, family or other professional with parental permission. Click on the link below for further information about our service and the referral form.
For an informal chat about ESYC and how you can access the services please phone the Hub on 0300 777 2011 (local rate) or we can email a link to our online referral form to you.
Once we have received the referral form a Young Carers Welcome Pack will be emailed out. This will be accompanied by a Home Assessment where appropriate.
If you are concerned that a child or young person is at significant risk of harm, contact the Single Point of Advice or SPOA on 01323 464222.
Out of hours you can contact the Emergency Duty Service for East Sussex 01273 335905 or 01273 335906. For immediate help ring the police on 999.
